1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.apotheke-direkt-nach-hause.de by both consumers and business customers.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Triangulum GmbH & Co. KG. The product presentations in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers, but are non-binding invitations to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. You will receive confirmation of receipt by email. The contract is only concluded upon shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs, if any, will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Product Availability

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer within Germany. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

5. Payment

We offer the following payment methods: prepayment, credit card, PayPal, and other methods specified in the shop. Payments are processed via certified payment service providers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed information is available in our cancellation policy.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We shall not be liable for slight negligence unless essential contractual obligations are breached or damages involve injury to life, body, or health.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for business clients is our registered office.

11. Special Notes on Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy Products

Our offers are subject to German regulations for the mail-order sale of pharmaceuticals. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and may reject orders for prescription medications if necessary.
